Biohazard

Le groupe métal alternatif Biohazard se forme à Brooklin à New York aux Etats-Unis en 1988. Il se compose de Billy Graziadei (guitare / chant), d'Evan Seinfeld (basse / chant), de Bobby Hambel (guitariste) et de Danny Schuler (batteur). Ils assurent, pour commencer, les premières parties de différents groupes hardcore et trash locaux, ce qui les fait connaître de l'underground métal new-yorkais.En 1990, ils enregistrent un premier album éponyme puis l'album Urban discipline (1982) qui les fait exploser avec le titre Bring the noise. Biohazard s'associe ensuite avec le groupe de rap hardcore Onyx pour enregistrer une deuxième version du titre Slam. Biohazard retravaillera en 1999 avec Onyx sur la musique du film Judgement night. Après la sortie de State of the world address en 1994, Bobby Ambel quitte le groupe. Biohazard enregistre en trio l'album suivant Mata leao qui fusionne radicalement rap et métal. Le guitariste Rob Echevarria intègre la formation qui signe en 1997 le live No holds barred. Deux ans plus tard, Biohazard enregistre New world disorder. Après deux ans d'enregistrement le groupe livre un nouvel album en 2001 intitulé Uncivilization. L'année suivante, ils publient Never Forgive, Never Forget, suivi en 2003 par Kill Or Be Killed.
